  1. Right of withdrawal: As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods.
  2. Withdrawal mechanism ("Withdrawal from the contract"). To exercise the right of withdrawal, we provide a dedicated electronic mechanism on our website. How to do this: Click the "Withdrawal from the contract" button visible in your customer panel or in the footer of the page. Process: This is a two-step process. After selecting the order and clicking the button, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Confirmation: After approval, we will immediately send you an email acknowledgment of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal on a durable medium.
  3. Alternative methods of withdrawal Although we encourage you to use the electronic button to speed up processing, you may also inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail to: [YOUR E-MAIL]). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
  4. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction.
  5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, including: in relation to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (not prefabricated) and goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons.
