VITADIL PRO – REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: June 2026
At Vitadil, we stand behind the quality of our premium products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Notice for Personal Care Items: As the Vitadil Pro is a personal care scalp device, for health and hygiene reasons, returns can only be fully accepted if the product is completely unused, sterile, and still sealed in its original protective wrapping. If the device has been used or shows signs of wear, it may not qualify for a standard return due to sanitary regulations, unless covered by a specific promotional satisfaction guarantee.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at contact@vitadil.com.

Return Address: If your return is accepted, you will be required to send the package to our designated fulfillment center:
[INSERT YOUR RETURN ADDRESS HERE]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. -
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@vitadil.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for any faulty units and arrange a swift premium replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (such as opened topical serums or cosmetic formulas).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds & Processing Times
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (including Shopify Payments, Credit Card, or PayPal) within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@vitadil.com.
