1. Shipping Zones & Rates

United Kingdom: We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders across the UK. There are no minimum order thresholds or hidden handling fees.

International Shipping: For customers ordering outside the United Kingdom, standard international shipping rates will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We know you are eager to start your hair restoration journey. That is why we keep our fulfillment process exceptionally fast:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are typically handed over to our couriers on the very same day.
3. Delivery Estimates (UK)
Once your order leaves our local warehouse, the estimated transit times are as follows:

5. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We process orders rapidly, so address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting contact@vitadil.com.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts where the item was not collected from the local depot, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
